RIDGID 18V Brushless 6-1/2 in. Track Saw. This tool is backed by the Lifetime Service Agreement. The Track Saw includes a Blade, a Wrench, and a Track.

My needs are very modest - basically a few sheet goods a month - so fancy isn't important. I do want something likely to work well when I need to pull it out and use it. Even though the reviews always look terrible for the super cheap Wen, people routinely recommend it here and elsewhere.
